Meet Tom - Since the age of 17, Tom has been passionate about the fitness industry. He began exercising as a way of reducing stress in his life. Unhappy with his original career path in computers, he decided to make a course correction and went for his degree in health science and nutrition. During his college years, he got a job as a personal trainer. He soon realized how rewarding this job could be. Tom could now literally play a role in helping a large number of people change their lives for the better. He was now helping people live a more confident, happy, and healthy life. Very few jobs can add years to someone’s life. He soon decided to start bodybuilding as a way of motivating his clients. Tom wanted to practice what he preached, so he showed his clients with his own transformations that whether you are trying to lose weight, gain muscle, or just lead a healthy lifestyle, it can all be done with hard work, discipline, and proper nutrition. A few years later, Tom started up a quickly growing company named Fitness2go. Fitness2go was a unique design because it literally brought the gym to you without sacrificing amazing results. No longer did a client have to feel judged, wait for equipment, or travel to an overly busy, generic health club.
Meet Phil -From the time he was running around the track as if there was no end, Philip had always been in some type of physical activity. As he was growing up, Philip participated in an assortment of activities, but his #1 choice was baseball. Beginning with little league, he went through the years achieving personal goals while taking life experiences from the sport itself. Though he was talented, he knew that in order to succeed, he needed to remain resilient while maintaining a hard work ethic. This hard work ethic required him to be in top physical shape, and to get there he realized that he needed to begin an exercise regime which he started in his sophomore year in high school. That was when he grew an affinity for exercising and knew that this was something that would be part of his future. At the age of 20, Philip wanted to take a different path that included exercise and bettering the health of others, so he decided to major in the Kinesiology program at West Chester University. He graduated with a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Nutrition. While at West Chester, he worked in a small personal training gym, which is where he felt gratification and pleasure in helping others in acquiring their fitness goals. Now through this blog he plans to reach and impact more people than he ever has.
